Edited: I had a major problem with them not returning my calls, but I found out that it was because my agent had a sudden death in their family. Now I feel like an ass for blasting them so full force on here. The owner of the company called me and made things right with me. I fully endorse them now. It was a very unfortunate situation that really couldn't have been avoided on their part. The whole office came together and covered for the agent, and I feel terrible for being such an aggressive jerk towards them! 5 Stars!

My company has been insured with El Dorado for many years and I was always happy with their service until just recently. I was dealing with one of their agents on a new insurance matter, and I found that she was not responsive to calls/email. I sent an email to the company and requested to be contacted by a different agent, and no one has ever bothered to call me. I went online and submitted a request for a quote. I did this about 3 or 4 times over the course of 4-6 months. NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO RETURN MY REQUESTS!!!! I guess they must be in business to ignore quote requests, not sell insurance to people that are asking for it..
