Having served Honorably in the US Navy on board two submarines, and in the Georgia Army National Guard, Mr McKinney worked in the Criminal Justice field in several states including North Carolina, Texas, and Georgia. In 2011 he partnered with long time Private Investigator Stephen J. Mingione, Adele McKinney, and Diedre Thomas, of Athens, to create Nightwatch Investigations.

We document Health History within HIPPA Guidelines, offer Medical records Retrieval, and Police Reports. We offer background checks for Criminal Records, Motor Vehicle Reports, Bankruptct Records, and property Record Searches. We offer Due Dilligence, and can provide photographic and video documentation. We can offer domestic investigations and surveilances, as well as skip trace searches. We have a Certified Spanish Translator on staff.

Very pleased with the professionalism of Nightwatch. My husband and I were having a terrible time serving his ex-wife with custody papers because of how suspicious she is of everything. Nightwatch really impressed me with their diligence. After months and months of trying to do things on our own, it was a relief to hear that the papers were served.
