Apparently they never investigate their voicemail...they never called me back. I rarely leave a review of a company that I didn't actually use. But if you can't call back a potential client, it says a lot about how professional you are.

Houston Investigation Service, LLC is an excellent private investigation company - professional, committed, and extremely efficient. They recently helped me locate a missing person under difficult circumstances, so difficult that other companies refused the case! They wasted no time in starting the investigation, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and were able to locate the person within 24 hours. Very reasonable price as well, especially given the outstanding work.

This company has helped me on several occasions to reduce criminal risk to my home and business. I am a huge fan of Houston Investigation Service LLC. These professional people were very diligent and have always found more than enough background information to assist with our cases. They were also very helpful to other family members and friends of mine. This review is based on my doing years of business with this company. I'm not quite sure why Yelp is using the old address for this business but they are now located in Sugarland, Tx. On Dulles Ave. near the Dulles High School.
