Established in 2004. Jay Barker started working surveillance and background investigations in the 80's. He currently consults for Individuals in various fields, including Insurance SIU units, TPA's and insurance professionals in various associations, including his present term as Vice President of the Midwest Claim Association. Jay has worked with consumers, attorneys, self-insured corporate executives, bankers and the transportation industry, combining two generations of investigative experience with state of the art technology.
