Their Bug Sweep is not worth your money unless your problem at hand is basic and has a well known solution. I wasted almost $2000 on this company. Currently asking for a refund.

Third coast bases their investigations on their own terms. NOT on what you need. For example: schedules for subjects to investigate are ignored. Does not listen to important information and relays lack of information to part time employees. I could have flushed 850 bucks down the drain and gotten better results. For 850 bucks I could have rented a car and all necessary equipment and gotten the results I wanted in the first place. You get a Dog and Pony sympathy show to get paid, then when you inquire on his progress, or question his schedule and tactics he complains of investigative interruption, and cancelling contract. Need him to investigate on a Monday morning? Nope! Instead he shows up on a Saturday night! When the subject is not there! As stated in before mentioned sympathy Dog and Pony show. Dont waste your money, especially if its really important. Better Business Bureau (BBB) is really you're best bet.
