This company is LEGIT!! Amazing. I hired a different company first and they attempted three times and said it was too hard. So I promptly hired SAME DAY PROCESS and they were amazing! First try, first day they got the job DONE. They sent photos too. The people at Same Day are so nice, and they are SO ON THE BALL and really know their stuff. I would really like to take some time to applaud the hardworking and tireless team at Same Day Process. From Mike to Brandon, to my dedicated above and beyond process server, Stuart, I am so overjoyed at the service that we received. I hired the skilled staff at Same Day Process to track down an elusive guy at the courthouse for my fiancé, Oscar M. When he slipped through the cracks, I felt dispirited thinking that was the last opportunity to pin him down and there would be no chance of getting him again. I was wrong. Stuart with his 15+ years of industry expertise, had some tricks up his sleeve and utilized some additional tools to track down the family. I had previously used another process server company who collected my money and provided the very bare minimum in exchange. Just going to the same address that could not be accessed time and time again, each time failing to serve the subject. No additional effort or suggestions. Same Day Process really cared about completing the service. Stuart even reached out to us personally, and made some inquiry and Brandon followed-up directly. In my prior experiences with a different company, I couldn't even speak to the server directly, just kept getting arbitrary messages passed along to me after a day or two of asking questions. I am thoroughly impressed with Same Day Process. The difference is clear and they are indeed the INDUSTRY STANDARD. 5 stars is too insufficient a rating for the service they provide. Have used this firm a few times, and did not have any issues, except for the last job. Uploaded a series of documents, and they missed one. Contacted them to send out via postal mail, and they wanted another $75. That is pure greed - after being a repeat customer, they could have sent out the missed document, filled out another POS, charged a nominal fee, and called it a day. I will be looking for another process server in the DC area.

I often have to come on here to give bad reviews, so I'm really happy to offer SDPS a full 5 stars for their service!! It's important to acknowledge superb service, and that's what I got with them. I unfortunately needed to serve 2 different people for my case. The first person was incredibly hard for me to find. I did everything I could to serve them myself, but each attempt didn't check out. SDPS was able to locate them in Oklahoma (I'm in DC) and serve them in days! It was incredible. The second defendant was local and same deal -- excellent service, patience in answering questions, and reliable. I hope to never have to serve anyone again, but in case I do (or if anyone needs a recc), I would look no further than SDPS. Thank you Mike/Brandon for your help in my case. I also want to note that their prices are really reasonable especially given how reliable they are.

I needed a process service on a government office. From the first contact and through the process, Mike and Brandon were very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Service was made on the appropriate party as promised, and affidavit of process serve was delivered to me. As a result of the service getting the defendants attention, they quickly settled the case without having to proceed to trial. Well worth the reasonable fee, that's for sure. Highly recommended if you want fast and effective results.

I contacted Same Day Process after another company refused new clients. Brandon was so quick to answer questions and help me. I didn't request expedited service and I was sent confirmation it was completed less than a day after sending payment and documents. I received the hard copy of the affidavit in the mail a few days later but only ended up needing the digital one. If I ever have to serve someone in the dc metro area again (I sure hope I don't) I'll be using them again. Excellent customer service, rates comparable to having the local sheriff's office do it, and most importantly, they're reliable.
