The investigator did not keep his appointment. I had an opportunity to capitalize on infidelity, I couldn't obtain the proof I needed for court. Not dependable has not returned my call nor answer from the number that I initially Made contacted with. I would not recommend or trust!

I hired Keith Kirby with Shamus Group to assist me in finding a relative who was adopted as a small child. Keith was very responsive, stayed in constant contact with me, and offered to go above and beyond his scope of work without additional charge. He even offered to make personal contact with this relative, if I wanted him to do so. My relative did not respond to my correspondence, which really has nothing to do with Keith. So, I'm leaving things alone for now but I can say that Keith did everything in his power to find detailed information about my relative. I would recommend Shamus Group to anyone looking for a hands on investigator who will e-mail you (even in the middle of the night!) to keep you informed as to his progress regarding your case.
