William was a big help throughout my case. He and Christopher communicated in a timely manner. William was very direct and informative in his responses which gave me confidence that the job would get done. They are a bit on the pricier side, but in my experience it was definitely worth it. The skip tracing was quick and effective, and once everything was ready, William followed through exactly as promised when it came to serving the defendant. Overall, I have no regrets choosing their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and professional process server.

Will Carlson does an incredible job! After working with a company that didn't do a good job, Will came in and in less than 24 hours had majority of the job done! I found Will to be a no-nonsense guy who wanted to get the job DONE quickly with as little stress as possible. Will wants to get the job done; and promises that he can find ANYONE. We used William to serve a small claims summons after the sheriff failed to do so, and he got the job done extremely quickly. I cannot recommend him enough--he was extremely professional, communicative, fairly priced, and clearly very dedicated to his work. In fact, the defendant almost ran over him with her car when he was serving the summons and he stuck it out and got the job done. Hire him, you won't regret it.

I am on the west coast and needed to have a service done in the Chicago area. I called and spoke to William about my needs and perhaps some challenges finding the individual to serve. William was very professional, offered some different services if the individual was elusive and made it clear I'd called the right guy. Despite the individual's attempts to cover his tracks and move around, the connection was made. I received progress reports as things happened and although I hope to not need services like this in the future, I know who I'll call.
