Extremely disappointing service. I reached out to them based on their good reviews and what seemed like knowledge of how to serve someone. However, after ensuring I was abundantly clear from my very first conversation with them that the person I was needing to serve would likely avoid service, and after sending them pictures of the person I was needing served they managed to completely fail at executing their job. Their first attempt they did speak with the individual to be served, and allowed him to lie to them by saying he is not the person they were asking for and left. This allowed the individual to further avoid service by continuing to not answer and have other people in the home answer the door. Had CCS made any attempt to care for my case and the specifics of the situation this would have been resolved immediately. Now the case is still not served and I am having to go through the sheriffs office to further attempt service. Absolutely do NOT recommend anyone use CCS to serve court documents.

He snapped into action and arranged to have the deed picked up by their Server. She made an appointment at the County Clerk and recorded the Quitlclaim deed. Thank you for making the process stress free. Will definitely use CCS again!

I have been practicing law for 23 years. Never have I encountered a process servicing firm better than CCS process serving. I sent them an out of state summons and motions that needed to be served expeditiously on an emergency basis. They were professional, diligent, thorough and efficient. The person was served within 24 hours! I was able to track the process digitally. Absolutely the best without a doubt.
