Mr. Medina was referred to me to assist me with a child support case. Initially

Mr. Medina was referred to me to assist me with a child support case. Initially when I first met him I was hesitant because he is older, but I was assured he would do everything in his power to help me with my case. He charged me $1,600, and advised me it would be best to hire him, because it would cost a lot more if I hired an attorney. He also didn't give me a receipt of the contract, instead told me to take a picture. After a week he called me back into his office, and provided a comprehensive report and told me he was done with the investigation. He didn't provide any new info than what I already knew. I thought $1,600 was a bit excessive for what he did. I told him how I felt, and he was very dismissive. He made me feel like I was incompetent, because anytime I would ask him a question he would interrupt me, and say "I know what I'm doing im the expert" or "do you understand what I'm telling you?" He is very slow, and has memory problems, at his age he should retired already. This happened during Christmas, so I think it was a slow month for him, and chose to take advantage of a single mom. After my encounter with him, I called other private investigators and was confirmed I was overcharged, because these reports cost anywhere from $200-$500. I was advised to ask for a detailed invoice of the services he provided, but he stopped answering my calls. I have hired a lawyer, who is taking care of my case. Please be careful with Mr. Medina, I plan on reporting him Grizzly hood news, and TX department of public safety . Also he has big screen tvs and surveillance cameras all over his office, I felt so uneasy when I was there.
