Sloppy investigative work. Could spot their lame "investigators" and their devices well before they could collect any data. Their reports are inaccurate. They appear to fabricate dates and times of their activities just to pad their billing to the lawyers who hire them. If you're on the other side of their investigation, you will be rewarded by their incompetence.
