I contacted Tony around 4:30pm PST via email, which I received almost an immediate response to, along with a phone call. We discussed the service that needed to happen ASAP because of timing. Tony sent me an email this morning informing they served the person at 9:00am. Should our office ever have another Ohio service needed, we will definitely be contacting Tony.
