Terrible company. If you use them make sure that the process server actually does the service and if it's substitute service make sure they do the actual substitute service. In my case as I was the plaintiff, they went out to the restaurant and said they served the management and a substitute service. In a court hearing the restaurant testified clearly they did not serve them with the substitute service .. the company's process server Mr David Hart clearly is the judge rule did not serve the restaurant management as they said they did in the affidavit.

Andrew with Trailfinder was so helpful and responsive. I purchased a report on my ex because he owes me money and he has been very hard to find. With the report I received from Trailfinders, I was able to confirm where my ex lives. Service didn't just stop after receiving the report. Andrew reached out via email and offered a complimentary phone call to go over the report as it was nearly 100 pages and can be difficult to read through if you're not used to the format. Then, he suggested to serve interrogatories and gave me a site to find a process server where my ex lives. My ex was served the interrogatories today!! Thanks, Trailfinder!

Andrew said things that were not true and is not a good listener. I did all the investigating for his job for him. Be very careful who you choose to process serve for you. It can have an impact on the outcome of your case. My experience was below satisfactory.
