We used NPI's Limo service to drive us from Des Moines to a concert in Ames last night. Coming from California and no experience driving in the snow, we thought it best to hire a car and driver. From the first call to Liz the experience was great. Our driver, Brooks, was superb. He drove us to the concert in a snow / ice storm with no difficulty at all. We arrived early so he dropped us off at a local pub for a drink prior to the concert then onto the show, dropping us off as close as he possibly could. We left the show and he was at the bottom of the stairs standing in the snow waiting for us.. Loved the experience and would call them again without hesitation.
