So, I found myself in Texas and had to serve legal documents to my daughter's ex-husband, who now resides in Missouri. After a thorough search, we discovered that he was incarcerated there. This was the perfect opportunity to finally serve the court documents to him. When I called, I spoke with David, an incredibly efficient, reliable, and friendly process server. I didn't even consider calling another process server after speaking with David! Today, the documents will be served. David's prompt and professional service made all the difference. I'm glad I chose to work with this company; I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. They offer extremely fast service with everything. I wouldn't look anywhere else!

This process server is both incompetent in the requirements to serve local businesses as well as incompetent in customer service and customer relations. I tried to serve a local business not knowing there was a requirement to serve the business's "registered agent". The process server from Northstar Process Servers, named Libby, served a random warehouse worker instead of the registered agent for the business. When it was determined that the service was not going to be valid in court, they simply ignored my request to refund there service fee and to not attempt further service. I also fully warned them that this review would happen if for some reason they chose not to refund my charge willfully.

Northstar Process Servers is phenomenal. Highly efficient, communicative, and most importantly, effective. I had to employ their skip tracing service as well as document serving skills and both were done quickly and to my 100% satisfaction. Not having had to employ this kind of service before, I can't speak to their value but what I did pay, was more than worth it for their efficacy. While I hope to not need this type of service again, I would not hesitate to utilize Northstar Process Servers in the future.

Robert is very reliable in getting back to you when you leave a message if he is not available--which is very important these days. Robert has a polite and professional manner and is patient and understanding when listening to your particular case and getting all the details. He is very conscientious about his work, and was prompt in investigating our case, and gave us excellent advice on how to proceed. We felt that Robert always had our best interest at heart.

Look no further, this is who you can rely on to get your process served! I knew my defendant would be difficult to serve, and even dangerous. Plus, we were on a tight timeline to have it done. From the moment I called them I knew they were the ones for the job. Great can-do attitude and a genuine willingness to help. I gave them every bit of information on the defendant that I could think of, and they ran with it. Cindy and Penny went above and beyond, by miles, to serve him in under 24 hours. The story of how they got it done is wild and very creative. These women are brave and amazing! To top it off, they were professional and efficient in getting the affidavit of service to us quickly and great communication throughout. Well done ladies!
