Amazing group of private investigators who work extremely hard to meet the needs of their clients. On-going, fast communication and put together an awesome package ready to go for court.

My husband contacted this business to do a background check on an individual. We received the background check and my husband ended the contract verbally over the phone after only a few days. After a few months, we still hadn't received an invoice or the remainder of our deposit. My husband called and explained the issue to which an invoice and check were to be immediately sent out. A month later, still no check or invoice. My husband called again. They stated they would send another check and invoice. We received the check and invoice only to realise they charged us for services outside of our contract. So again, he called and explained that the things they are charging us we never requested and that we only asked for the background check. After three weeks of waiting, they send an email with more information about the case we did not request, nor wanted. I would not recommend their services.
