My name is James! I had a very bad experience dealing with Joe at Shields Investigations! He promised to get important information on someone, but only got the very basics like address and telephone number! You can get that on Truthfinders for a lot less money! I hired a different investigator who got the information I needed! Don't waste your time or money!!!
