They were very professional and notarized three documents for me was a very simple process. They were on time and they did an excellent job. I'm very thankful for them coming to my house as I have a disabled sister that I couldn't take out to a notary, so in-home services was an excellent choice. I appreciate their professionalism and they were very friendly as well.

If could give negative stars I would. This guy is a scammer charged me $315 to serve someone and went missing. We called him and texted him as soon as he received payment he stopped responding. The authorities should be contacted because he is legitimately taking customer's money and not redenring any services. DO NOT USE! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!!!!!

This company is price gouging. They wanted to charge $175 (+$150 for witnesses) for notarizing 3 pages. When I commented on how expensive it was, the conversation turned straight rude. I explained that price was quite expensive for 3 pages and was told that I wasn't paying for the notary, but for the transportation. I naturally asked where he was traveling from and was ignored and told that they were out of my budget and referred me to the library. The mileage rate is currently at $.67 per mile, so I don't know where he was planning to travel from to come up with a price of $175. PRICE GOUGERS! I WILL be reporting you to the Notary Commission!

If I could give a fat zero I would. I sent this company my documents for service in January 2022. I have sent several emails and made numerous phone calls. Every time I speak with someone, I am told they are going to send me the affidavits. It is now April 19th and I still have no affidavits. All I have is a pissed off client who can't get a default and now I can't bill for the work. Unless you want half a**ed work, don't waste your time. I posted this review and he called me immediately to take down the review, still didn't send me my affidavits.

I sent a payment to this group to find someone who I had a check for. After I gave them money $336.00 They wanted a birth certificate and Soc. Security Card. I did not want to give thought out to someone who I did not know or completely trust so I cancelled the service. He said, & I have in writing, him acknowledging that I paid him, sight unseen. Now he's trying to KEEP MY MONEY, HAVING NOT COMPLETED ANY WORK! I told him I called VA Dept of Criminal Justice Services and he threatened me. I will attach pictures of that exchange, soon.

They responded immediately that they would come to our home, agreed ahead of time how to handle the Covid-19 risks, showed up right on time and was very pleasant. We are very pleased with their professionalism and urgent response.
