If you are looking for a top notch private investigative agency, look no further. They are true professionals in the field with many years of experience. I highly recommend them! Before finding Special Solutions I reached out to a few other companies and they were absolutely awful to deal with and very unreliable. John and his team on the other hand were very helpful and professional from start to finish. 5 stars all the way!

John is extremely rude and condescending. John even began to raise his voice at me. I was explaining that I am being stalked and his response was "are you sure you're not experiencing psychosis?". John continued to interrupt throughout the entire phone call and wouldn't let me get a word in.

Mr. Edward Leszynski, (PI), was exceptional in trying to assist me in anyway possible. He even took the extra step of looking in old inventory to meet my requirement and gave me a follow-up call so that I could review his selection. I was given the opportunity to speak with Mr. John Frycek, President & Chief Investigator. I entered his office and was offered a seat. I shared my predicament with him and asked a number of questions. He gave me direct answers and supplied me with additional information that I can use. Never even got to work with them. John Frycek could not have been more rude or condescending on the phone. After realizing how off putting his "bedside manner" was, I suggested that it might be best if he conversation ended, intending a civil good-bye. He just hung up on me. Real classy. Imagine actually hiring them and having to deal with that sort of thin skinned Prima Donna attitude.
