I was very disappointed with this company. The communication regarding the status of service was lacking and could be greatly improved. I had to ask more than once for information regarding service attempts and the certificate of non-service to accompany a request to reschedule a mediation, which I received via email the evening before the deadline to file the request even though the final service attempt was six days prior...waiting for the server to sign the certificate. Also, the delay in communication may have been because the owner is now located in California. I don't recommend.
