I discovered a GPS tracker on my vehicle on October 3rd 2016. The tracker was taken to Reynoldsburg PD and a report was filed and the tracker was placed into evidence. On October 4th Mike Powers contacted RPD and informed them that they had his GPS. For some reason RPD property allowed one of his employees to come and retrieve it while the investigation was still active. The person who hired powers has no ownership or authority track my vehicle. I also have proof that someone from Powers Investigations trespassed on my property. They came into my fenced off carport and retrieved articles from my recycling bins which are located behind the fence on my property. I have all the documentation needed to show Powers Investigations is acting illegally to obtain information.
