Horrible customer service from Melissa who never answers the phone or takes days to reply to my emails. Jennifer is unprofessional and should find another job as they SERVED the wrong person and billed me for this garbage service. I will also be posting on Yelp and FB. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS PROCESS SERVER as they ripped me off!!!

This company rocks, particularly Melissa. I have an adoption case where the respondent didn't want to get served. Melissa worked with me and was able to serve them!! She was quick, efficient and responsive. Got the job done.

Stay Away RUUUUUUUN! Melissa is very unprofessional and extremely rude. I sent her documents to serve on RUSH basis on a Thursday and I was informed there was a rush fee, which I totally expected. When I inquired on Sunday about the progress of the service, she told me FOR THE FIRST TIME, I needed to pay upfront. When I told her, by email, that she could have told me that on Thursday and I would have paid her on Thursday, she said I yelled at her (through email because I used an exclamation point) and refused to do any work. I am now rushing to find someone to do a last minute service in one day. Luckily, I found someone professional who is willing to accommodate me and for FAR LESS than Melissa was charging.

Melissa successfully served a garnishee for me. The garnishee was evasive and Melissa had to be persistent and go back a second time to serve the Writ. Thanks to her getting this done expeditiously, our company is finally receiving garnishment payments from a horrible deadbeat defendant.

I called with a last minute request for same day service. No issues at all and the rep made it about as easy as it can get to request service. I would absolutely recommend this process server.

Regrettable waste of $90. I've never paid so much money for someone to talk down to me from the very first email to today's email threatening legal action for not taking down my review.

The process server here is very rude. They had attitude from the beginning. I sent my court paperwork in the form of a PDF. They said they couldn't open it. I spent an hour changing the format of the file and dealing with snappy comments with no luck. I even sent it as a jpg. I sent the file to my other email address and to my friends emails and there were no issues. Then I was verbally abused and I responded by saying I was going to report them. They then demanded I not do that.

Professional and helpful. Made this easy for someone very new to needing to have a Defendant served - a person I do not want to serve these papers to. Thank you!
