Please avoid this place whenever possible. We had a very horrible experience at this location during our TSA PreCheck appointment. Although we arrived on time for our appointment, later appointments were called ahead of us even after the staff acknowledged our earlier appointment time. She spoke in a very businesslike tone, but the way she handled the situation felt intentionally dismissive and humiliating. It was like she wanted us to feel small and unimportant without openly saying anything rude. What made the situation especially upsetting was that the staff member specifically asked each group for their appointment time before calling people in. Even after clearly confirming that we had the earlier 3:30 PM appointment, she still called in the 3:50 PM and 4:00 PM appointments before us while ignoring us completely. Every interaction felt cold, controlling, and dismissive, like we were only allowed to speak when she decided we could. All customers should be treated respectfully and equally, especially when paying for the same service.

Went to 2523 Broadway location. Staff was very nice and had no problems with our paperwork. We were in and out in 10 minutes tops. Don't waste your time with the Kirby location the employees there are not actually into helping customers or working for that matter.

Only positive is they're quick and it's more than one person at this location. Dawn is who I had and her personality is short and can feel rude. She is quick to blame her behavior on the rules of the office but I can see her causing conflict with clients. I came in for fingerprints and again service is quick however when she asked me for my id and form of payment (in the lobby) I gave her my ID and advised payment completed by my company. She answered quick with how would I know that I'm not in front of the computer. Then proceeded to walk away. Anyway I write this review for those who have no choice but to go to this locations. The ownership of being patient is on you. Don't let these workers get you out of character, if you are here it's because you need to be. Get your service done and leave.

Apparently this location was recently moved here but nonetheless, this is our experience... My husband flies frequently for work so we finally decided to do the TSA pre-check so he/we can get through airport security quicker. He recently saw an ad that had buy "one, get one $15 off" so we decided to do it. My husband made the appointments for both of us online and out of the 3 businesses that do pre-checks, he picked this company and this location. 2 days before our appointments, we received a confirmation email stating we needed to bring our driver's licensees and our birth certificates. We arrived at the facility and walked into the waiting room. An older lady was seated and was filling out something on a clipboard and we assumed she was another customer. Not knowing what to do, my husband went to walk into the adjoining room and the old lady harshly asked what we were there for. Apparently she WAS the check-in lady. When we said we were there for the TSA-pre-check, she asked if we had our passports. Confused, my husband said no, he selected the form of verification was birth certificate. She said that their system won't allow for birth certificate verification and had us wait to talk to the next lady. So we waited and spoke to the next lady who LITERALLY SAID THE SAME THING. She said since they moved to this new location, their system is only allowing for passport verifications. She said she could direct us to another location that allows for walk-ins but that they had a lunch break from 12-1 and unfortunately, that didn't work for us. This lady was at least friendlier to grumpy pants from the lobby. If people book with birth certificate verification and that won't work, then why send out a confirmation email saying to bring that form of identification?!?! Maddening. So all in all, this was a giant waste of time. We ended up re-booking our TSA pre-check with CLEAR instead of IdentoGO. Aka IdentoNO. Haha.
