I have came here for a polygraph test twice. The first time I didn't have such a pleasant experience. But this time around I was paired with Kellen who took the time to explain everything in detail so that I understood. Yes that test can feel nerve wrecking even if you know you are being honest to God truthful. But with that said, I think it's very important to have a knowledgeable instructor who takes the time to explain things to you and makes you feel comfortable during such a uncomfortable tests. Kellen's professionalism was outstanding and changed my outlook from my first experience.
