Jeff G. I came onboard with a medium size law firm as their in-house courier in 1990. Then after 7 years of working there, I started my own courier service. I have found through the years of running it, and adding additional services like process serving and most recently investigations, that it has changed quit a bit. I have found it quite challenging but also rewarding to be able to change and adapt with whatever comes our way.

I had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience with Jeff. He came to my place of business to serve papers to a gentleman who was in no way associated with our company. When we told him the person had no association with our business, he made an incredibly inappropriate scene. He started screaming "F@#$ you!" repeatedly at an employee and threw his business card at her. She followed him to the parking lot to ask him to leave and he continued to scream the same thing at her when she tried to return his business card. He balled up his fists and puffed out his chest with the appearance that he was going to assault her. He finally stopped screaming and told her he would be back. He proceeded to his vehicle and left. Customers at the business were absolutely appalled at his behavior. He was incredibly unprofessional and aggressive. After he left, he continued his harassment with emails making unrelated claims towards the business. I am absolutely appalled at his childish behavior.
