Joel Voss, the president of Ultra Investigations, is a professional extraordinaire, and he exemplifies all things positive that create complete attention to the client's needs. He was interested in my circumstance, left no stone unturned in getting the information I needed, compiled a complete report with great supporting documents. I would recommend him highly, and that's not a typical experience for me with most business encounters in the past few years. Joel is bright, personable, has great instincts and tremendous work ethics and charges a very fair price for his services. I've never needed a private investigator before and frankly was a bit apprehensive about the experience, but he immediately put at bay any apprehensions or fears I might have had..
