Established in 1997. Merlin Investigations started in Atlanta, Ga. in 1997 and in 2010 opened an office in Savannah, Ga also.

Sent Merlin a bank draft for $5000 to perform a simple investigation. Never got
Sent Merlin a bank draft for $5000 to perform a simple investigation. Never got a report, asked for one many times, Jim said the case was given to another employee, Chris. Asked for a refund, never got one. Lost $5000 with not even one piece of paper ......Tried to file with the Georgia complaint process, never worked out, as when contacted they said they had a big file and that all was good....they BS the complaint board and me....said they gave the file to Chris at Merlin who was working the case. After about 6 or 7 months still no file, called and he wanted more money to continue the file, but I still had no files from the $5K investment....was a scam and nothing you can do about it, they prolonged it till you could have no recourse anymore,,,so I am out 5K.
