Coworkers were good and had an excellent supervisor. Aside from that severely underpaid as an armed officer. $11.63 is not proper pay. Started a new contract and a month in hours were cut because they didn't want to pay 5hrs of overtime. Ok understood but at the low rate of pay that overtime made a big difference. Then nothing but empty promises I took a huge pay cut coming to this company off of false promises from a person who quit herself because she was tired of the management. When you have staff quitting with no notice you would think it would raise a red flag. They treat their officers very poorly and lack the profetionalisim behind closed doors. For budget security sure good company, but consider the saying....you get what you pay for.
