Established in 1994. JM & Associates is a full service Professional Process Serving and Private Investigation Company. We offer superior and first class service to our clients locally, nationally and internationally. We've remained in business for many years due to our detail to customer service and client satisfaction! At JMA we do not list or use 800 numbers to hide the fact that we our not local, nor do we claim to have servers when in reality the work is farmed out! We service the work you give us. No second hand servers or investigators!! We made our niche specializing in rush and hard to serve documents. We go the extra mile! We pursue our subjects, not just knock on the door three times and return your documents non served. Our servers and investigators are trained to look for the extras (check w/ neighbors, cars with tags, continuous light on, old mail,.upkeep,etc) We are not only process servers, we are investigators! We use the latest search engines available to track our subjects down.

I highly recommend JM & Associates for process serving. The routine service request on four defendants was completed within 10 days. This timeframe included an additional service address for each of the defendants after the first address proved to be incorrect. I will definitely utilize their services again. Efficient and professional.
