If I could give these people a negative 10 they deserve it. I would not hire this company. they are a major rip off. We paid them 20k and we got absolutely nothing from them. David Rayburn and Chris Casteras sat in my living room, and every word that came out of there mouth was a lie. Stay away from this company and if already working with them run!!!

This place has been a rip off from the start they asked a certain amount of money to do what we asked in a year and a half they did nothing we did all the work for them and they still did nothing and when I asked for the money back they won't return your calls emails and just totally ignore you big waste of money and a big rip off never use these guys

When the front clerk did respond the "report" was a low quality half-assed thrown together summary of nothing. I found more on SearchQuarry[.]com than these self proclaimed investigators did. If I could give this company a negative 5 stars, I would. Do not waste your time or your money!

I asked these guys to find someone who mugged me and was told that if convicted, the criminal would have to pay for the services. I was later told that they completed the search but nothing happened. Somehow they even managed to get American Express to side with them in the chargeback. The cops told me that this private investigator sounded like a fraud. Bunch of crooks.

After paying a retainer fee for PI services, ICS stopped responding to my emails and calls and voice messages. I have been calling and emailing them for several months for an update but no one is responding now. It seems like company is a scam.

This company took my money and gave me no valid results to submit to court! I paid $1500 as a down payment for investigations to be done for me and after more than 3 months they provided no substantial evidences and refused to give my money back. That's a shady behaviour and unethical of them! People be warned, don't deal with them.

I reached out to ICS for pre-matrimony investigation service. Till I sign up the agreement, they were in constant touch and they assured this will be complete with in a month. After a month, I had to contact them every now and then asking for status. There was no communication from them. They took 4 months to complete the case. I handed over the case in 2nd week of Jan 2019 and they sent the final report in 1 week May 2019. But it was of no use. They charged $1200 initially and then another $1135 at the end. The report is of no use. its an inconclusive report. I would rate them negative if there an option.

I used their team to do some checking around before I placed my babies at a care facility. They communicated well and had my information in a timely manner. Prices were reasonable but really I'd pay whatever price to make sure my kids are in the best hands possible. A+ team of investigators. No complaints only praises!

I contacted ICS for an investigation and was given two different quotes by two different people.The second quote was less than the original quote. Needless to say, the second quote was honored. There were some discrepencies but nothing that couldn't be fixed. Work was done adequately and in a timely fashion. If you are considering using this company, I recommend you take your time in reviewing all contracts and make sure your specific requests are listed within the contract.
