When I saw an ad for OneStar Investigations, it said: "...most people are nervous to call, or think they never would have to make the call. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable, become your teammate and resolve your case efficiently." My experience was everything but this. First, I called and the call was answered abruptly by Sam whose tone was that I was disturbing him. Next, Sam then said he could talk to me right then and asked me to tell him what was going on. After I began to explain to Sam about my court case where I won a judgement against the defendant, Sam interrupted and in a very rude tone said, "let me stop you right there. If you think we are going to Facebook stalk this guy, that's not what we do." I said I was not asking him to Facebook stalk anyone. I tried to explain that I do also have an Investigations background and was only telling him what steps I had already taken. But, before I could finish my sentence, Sam hung up on me! I thought how unprofessional and rude! To this date (5/5/26), no one has called me back. I would prefer to give no stars to this business but, one star (just like their name) actually seems to suit them just fine.
