Don is the man for selling a service that doesn't hold up to promises. He had a warm, charismatic personality and I signed on for an investigation. When payment was made, I was immediately transferred to someone who was abrupt, yes/no answers, provided me a generic print out of the individual such as address, age, (nothing new learned or slightly groundbreaking), and then took 3 months for her find time to do surveillance, only for her to go the day I didn't request after she confirmed she would make the day I requested. I had to call her 4 times to schedule surveiillance, she didn't follow-up with findings, show any interest and when I requested the case to be closed she was overjoyed and informed me there would be no refund per contract. Google would provide a quicker, easier and cheaper search than this service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
